    Explore flexibility training fundamentals in a private group training session with your friends and family. These foundation sessions help you embark on your long term improvement goals and gives you a heads up on what to expect in mobility training. We will cover the basics that I commonly use in every Kinstretch session so you won’t feel lost in the group and will have greater success in each class!
