Flexibility Training is not designed to replace all of your activities, rather complement and enhance them by increasing capacity or workspace in the joints. By increasing workspace/capacity in joints, you increase your mobility. If you increase mobility, you increase the ability to load your body and add more variability in your joints to improve performance.
